This house in Phillipston, MA froze in the major ice storm we had and thousands of people lost power back in December. Insurance Co. paid for an "equal to" system, and the owner invested in upgrading to an energy star rated designed system controled w/ Viessmann and Wilo equipement.  Three of the major upgrades w/ this type of system are outdoor reset, indirect stainless steel domestic hot water, and variable speed circulation pumping technology!  Call Joe today if you would like to consider a green, energy efficient, state of the art system! Deans Beans!

Our mission was to upgrade Deans Beans hydronic distribution system.  Dean Cycon has a very "Green" operation in Orange, MA w/ the best coffee beans around, and now can say he has a very "Green" hydronic heating system also! With a new addition in the front of the building, another high voltage circulator, totaling 5 circulators, would consume a fair amount of electricity. Dean agreed with our proposal to install one Wilo variable speed circulator pump w/ 5 low voltage zone valves, not just because it will cut his heating electrical consumption by 60 to 80%, but also because he knows its the enviormentally right thing to do! Deans Beans also contributes to the enviorment w/ a bank of photovoltaic solar panels on his roof in the Randall Pond Industrial Park.
